Three stone cutters, seated around a table in a tavern,
were resting from their day’s work and having a beer.
The owner of the tavern asked the first man what he did for a living.
The man answered, “I cut stones.”
The second man, was asked the same question and replied,
“I’m cutting stones to build a wall.”
The third man did not even wait for the owner’s question,
so eager was he to declare with pride,
“I am building a cathedral!”
